Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your order, you can contact us at hello@fudgeme.co.nz within 24 hours of receiving your order. We do not accept returns as we sell perishable goods but if product is found to be faulty we will replace as soon as possible. If replacement is not possible we will refund your order, exclusive of delivery costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We will happily meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if our products are not satisfactory.
