Shipping policy

Shipping is a flat rate of $9 nationwide. Because fudge is considered a perishable item we ship using overnight courier through NZ Post as this allows the shortest amount of time between leaving our kitchen and arriving to you. We ship mid week to allow the package to reach you by Friday. We do not accept responsibility for delays in shipping but will endeavor to do our best to assist with any delays and minimize any issues beforehand. We sell on a monthly basis and will stock inventory on our website the week before we ship out. this means there is a 5-10 day processing time before the orders are shipped. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it is available.
